Natural Artisan Orange Blossom Honey
Monofloral variety.
obtained from pollination in the orange and lemon fields in Andalusia. With a soft aroma and flavour, with hints reminiscent of orange blossom water, it combines with all kinds of infusions, a wide variety of fruits, poultry meats and fresh, soft cheeses. Tiene propiedades sedantes y astringentes.

Sensory characteristics
Pollen spectrum.
Orange blossom (orange, clementine …) ≥12% (exceptionally, if it comes from Navel nectar, sterile from pollen, it may have less), compound (dandelion type, Taraxacum spp); legumes (Fabaceae); olive (European Olea); radish (Diplotaxis erucoides), suckers (Echium spp).
Treatments applied
The honey is subjected to tempering in heated chambers at a maximum temperature of 45ºC, which allows its pumping and filtration in the facilities. During the packaging process it is kept at a maximum of that temperature.
Conservation and storage: Honey is preserved and stored at room temperature, in a cool place (without direct sun) and dry.
Production area: Mediterranean coast and south of the Iberian Peninsula.
Season: Spring.
Allergens: honey does not contain traces of lupins, celery, crustaceans, nuts, gluten, egg, milk, mollusks, mustard, walnuts, sin, sesame, soy.
Microbiology: Honey complies with Reglamento 2073/2005 (modified by Reglamento 1441/2007), y el Real Decreto 135/2010.
